This Tuesday, 12th November at 17:00, at Írók Boltja (Budapest Andrassy út 45. 1061), Panni Puskás and Gressai Ferdinánd will hold an unorthodox performance. Panni will also present her EUPL nominated book Megmenteni bárkit (That Any Might Be Saved – Magvető, 2023).

The European Union Prize for Literature (EUPL) is thrilled to unveil European Stories from Ukraine, a special anthology marking the 15th anniversary of the prize. This collection demonstrates our unwavering support for Ukraine’s literary and book community. We are proud to feature two original short stories by celebrated Ukrainian EUPL authors, Haska Shyyan and Eugenia Kuznetsova.
The European Union Prize for Literature (EUPL) is proud to announce the release of European Stories From Ukraine, a special publication celebrating the 15th anniversary of the prize. This anthology features new works by two Ukrainian EUPL authors: Haska Shyyan and Eugenia Kuznetsova.
On 21st November, the EUPL Consortium is organising a celebration event for all the authors nominated in the 5th cycle of the European Union Prize for Literature (EUPL, 2022-2024). Organised on the back of the Prize’s 15th edition, this event aims to be a literary event spotlighting the richness and diversity of European literature.
German EUPL 2024 special mention, Deniz Utlu, will give a reading in Lüders Buchhandlung, in Hamburg. He will read from his book Vaters Meer.

Four EUPL authors, Todor Todorov, Deniz Utlu, Gaea Schoeters and Tina Vrščaj will participate in a panel discussion on the topic of "Long Live Literature. Long Live Europe! – The European Union Prize For Literature Turns 15" on the 16th of October, at 14:00 in the Frankfurt Pavilion.
EUPL author Iida Rauma will talk about her novel Destruction (27/9) at the Gothenburg Book Fair. The summary is available on the English programme of the Book Fair (here).
EUPL authors will participate in several events at the Budapest International Book Festival.
