14h: Debate with Marta Dzido (Poland, 2019) on the theme « Women, pleasure, intimacy », based around her EUPL winning novel 'Frajda'.
On 15 September at 7.00pm CEST, EUPL 2021 laureate for Slovenia Anja Mugerli will present her winning book 'Čebelja družina' (Bee Family) at the Booksa bookshop in Zagreb, Croatia.

On 13 May at 7PM UK time, our laureates Gabriela Babnik (Slovenia 2013) and Piia Leino (Finland 2019) will talk about their journeys to writing with the female-led online book club Women's Writes.
As part of the Galway 2020 European Capital of Culture programme, join our 2019 Irish laureate Jan Carson on a discussion of her winning novel 'The Fire Starters' for the Wild Atlantic Women weekend marking Internation Women's Day 2020.

The effect of literary awards on the European exchange of ideas
On Thursday 09/05, from 7pm, in the heart of Madrid, at Librería La Buena Vida — Café Del Libro, EUPL laureates Luka Bekavac (HR), Raquel Martínez-Gómez (ES), and Undinė Radzevičiūtė (LT) will discuss their lives as authors and the impact that translation has had on their literary prominence in the wake of winning the EUPL.

On February 6th, 2020, EUPL 2013 laureate Isabelle Wéry (Belgium) will have "carte blanche" at theatre Le140 in Brussels. The actress, playwright and novelist invited EUPL winners David Machado (Portugal 2015), Gabriela Babnik (Slovenia 2013) and Carolina Schutti (Austria 2015) for a literary and musical evening. The four authors will gather around belgian philosopher and writer Laurent de Sutter to discuss the stories we write in Europe, how they differ or not from one place to another and what brings us all together.
On 30 October, 2020, our laureate Stefan Bošković (Montenegro, 2020) will be in Sarajevo for Bookstan, one of the major literary festivals of the Balkan. He will be talking about his EUPL-winning book 'Ministar' with writer, translator and literary journalist Vladimir Arsenić.
